Job Description
One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is seeking an individual with the ambition and aptitude to become part of the retail automotive industry. We will provide the tools to succeed with incentives and further job opportunities.
We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED DETAILORIENTED CASHIER to join our team
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Provide basic information to customers who have general inquires
- Calculate the customers bill using the dealerships computer system
- Assist management with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with allcustomers and employees
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record theamount receivedon the repair order and/or counter ticket.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer thecomplaining customerto the appropriate individual for further communication.
Qualifications
- Prior cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills customer service skills and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen andbackground check
