Job Description
Bachelors degree required. Minimum 1 to 2 years of related work experience. Ability to regularly lift boxes of up to 50 pounds up to 100 pounds with assistance. Excellent attention to detail with strong collaboration organizational and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of standard IT asset management processes. Experience working in a logistics receiving or other warehouse operation with strict inventory controls. Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English with the sophistication necessary to effectively communicate technical details to both technical and nontechnical individuals. Exceptional customer service skills and the demonstrated success in previous serviceoriented roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Practical technical skills in a variety of technologies including but not limited to: macOS Windows and mobile device operating systems; Common business software applications including the Microsoft Office suite. Experience using ServiceNow for IT asset management and/or IT service management tasks. Experience executing defined configuration management workflows using device management platforms including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Jamf Pro. Understanding of and sensitivity to the diverse and inclusive nature of a distinguished higher education environment.
