Job Description:Are you a caring and skilled Home Health Aide looking for flexible work opportunities We are seeking PRN Home Health Aides to provide exceptional care to our patients in their homes. As a PRN Home Health Aide you will have the flexibility to pick up shifts that fit your schedule and after picking up three shifts you will be eligible for a special bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.
- Assist with basic healthcare tasks such as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus.
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate patientfocused and detailoriented.
