Seattle Reign FC is a prominent professional womens soccer team competing in the National Womens Soccer League (NWSL). Known for its dynamic play and passionate fan base Reign FC has made a significant impact on the soccer landscape since its inception. Through various initiatives and partnerships the club strives to inspire and empower the next generation of soccer players and fans solidifying its place as a cornerstone of the Seattle sports community.

POSITION SUMMARY

TheGroup Sales Executiveisintegral in helping to create those special moments. The person in this role is a competitive positive selfdriven individual who ismotivated to exceed all assigned ticket sales responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business prospects and selling customized group experiences as well as crossselling a full menu of ticket products. TheGroup Sales Executivewill handle the service support maintenance and renewal of all assigned and prospected accounts while also collaborating with the rest of the team to plan and execute various group events and programming.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve or exceed established sales objectives by executing daily sales calls prospecting and setting meetings with current and potential group ticket buyers.
  • Lead sales presentations and stadium tours for potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current group ticket customers.
  • Develop new group experience ideas and programs to drive revenue including planning and executing events and / or promotional nights for targeted groups on matchdays.
  • Represent promote our clubs at various events including Reign FC and Sounders FC matches as well as miscellaneous community activations.
  • Responsible for servicing upselling and crossselling full menu ticket products.
  • Handle feedback from inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interaction through the clubs customer database system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 years of successful sports sales experience inclusive of prospective new business. Group sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in event planning a plus.
  • Experience using Archtics and Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Proactive and driven withthe ability to prospect new customers and create selfgenerated leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly concisely and professionally always.
  • Resilient with the ability to professionally address criticism and feedback in the moment.
  • Ability to drive independent results while simultaneously act as a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent timemanagement skills and attention to detail.
  • An innovative and creative thinker who is not constrained by conventional thinking or established approaches.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • A passion for soccer and growing the sport in the United States.
  • Bilingual or multilingual a plus (English/Spanish).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This role requires regular onsite presence at our Headquarters & Training Facility in Renton WA as part of a hybrid work arrangement as well as matches at Lumen Field events and meetings in market as needed.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to facilitate own local travel to events in the greater Seattle region.
  • Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Responsibilities include regular work outdoors and may require standing on feet for long periods of time as well as some lifting of up to 20 pounds.
