Job Description

Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Johns Island SC just 10 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of those we serve At Johns Island Post Acute we value the relationships we have in our community with our fellow colleagues and also with residents and family members.

We are currently searching for experienced CNAs to join our team. An active CNA certification in good standing in South Carolina is required. If you are a CNA who genuinely wants to make a difference for others then we are eager to meet you!

We offer our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):

  • $5000 Sign On bonus
  • $1720/hr base
  • SHIFTS: 8 hour & 12 hours shifts available
  • Shift Diffs: $3/hr 3p7a); $4/hr ALL SHIFTS Sat & Sun
  • Excellent healthcare benefits including vision & dental
  • Professional Development and Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities!

Successful Certified Nursing Assistants will have the following:

  • Nursing Aide Certification from an accredited program/school
  • Active unencumbered certification to practice in South Carolina (REQUIRED)
