Summit Care provides physical occupational and speech therapy services to patients and residents of nursing centers and assisted living facilities. We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity with a $7500 SIGNON BONUS to an enthusiastic Home Health Physical Therapist ready to join our team. A fourday workweek is available with this opportunity. As part of this vital role you will administer topnotch physical therapy in alignment with established guidelines conducting assessments creating treatment plans from start to finish overseeing therapy assistants work and engaging actively in case management.
To succeed in this position:
- You must possess a current Kansas Physical Therapy License.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.
- Problemsolving abilities are crucial.
- A valid drivers license is required alongside uptodate auto insurance and First Aid/CPR certification due to the nature of home health responsibilities.
