Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) in Hartford KY!
$40.00/hr $52.00/hr
Scheduling options: PRN per diem block or contract scheduling.
Position Requirements:
- Current and active KY LPN License
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Influenza and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
- Reference Check
- BLS or CPR requirement
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and chart patients medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients conditions and response to care plan reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients care plan.
- Other duties as assigned
