Job Description
Luther Burnsville Volkswagen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Level Auto Technician to join our team at our stateoftheart dealership.
$35$70/hour (IncentiveBased)
As a Master Level Auto Technician you will be responsible for providing topnotch service and repair work on vehicles ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the dealerships high standards of quality. This is a fulltime position with a competitive base salary and commission structure as well as opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests to identify and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles
Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle problems
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations in a timely and efficient manner
Keep track of work orders and maintain accurate records of all repaired vehicles
Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain necessary repairs and provide cost estimates
Continuously update and improve technical skills through training and onthejob learning
Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the workshop
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; formal technical training or certification as a Master Level Auto Technician is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto technician with a strong understanding of foreign and domestic vehicle systems
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
