Job Description
Dome Catering is seeking talented Culinary Staff to work as needed for events at the Dome for theseason. Must be reliable and able to work many of the major events such as SU Football SU Basketball and Concerts. Shifts take place on nights weekends and some holidays.
Responsibilities
Exercise some judgment to follow recipes and general instructions. Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation and customer service. Use judgment to determine quantity of food prepared and time schedule so that all items are ready for serving on schedule. Obtain ingredients and supplies from storeroom. Prepare food for various catered functions such as dinner luncheons banquets and receptions. Prepare and cook a wide variety of ordinary and fancy foods including all kinds of meat fowl seafood soups gravies salads fruits vegetables desserts etc. for small functions and assist head cook for large functions. Prepare and cook meat vegetables gravy meatballs. Slice and trim meat bone turkey slice cheese and cold cuts.
