We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team focused on our external digital ecosystem Cytiva (dotcom). Our digital platform serves as a hub for various services for customers. We thrive on innovation collaboration and a customercentric approach to everything we do.
You will play a key role in the technical development and evolution of our ecommerce platform. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy features and enhancements ensuring the scalability reliability and performance of our services. You will also engage in customer interviews to understand their needs and challenges and mentor junior engineers while advocating for best practices in software engineering.
What Youll Do:
Collaborate with product teams to design develop and deploy highquality software solutions for our ecommerce platform.
Participate in customer interviews to gather insights understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and resilient microservices architecture.
Apply design patterns such as microfrontends to create modular and maintainable user interfaces.
Ensure high code quality through code reviews automated testing and adherence to coding standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering their growth and development.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product management design and QA to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve our software development processes tools and technologies.
Who You Are:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
2 years of experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in building scalable and robust web applications.
Previous experience working in a product team utilizing Agile methodologies and practices.
Experience with Angular or React .NET Core and Typescript along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams towards common goals.
A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Location: onsite in Krakw with possibility to work in a hybrid set up.
