About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join as the primary HRBP to our rapidly growing tech organization. You will lead all aspects of the people function partnering closely with leadership to drive high performance engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an HRBP in highgrowth tech startups successfully navigating rapid scaling and supporting technical talent.
As our HRBP you will advise leadership support managers manage employee relations develop performance and talent management processes and drive initiatives that reinforce our performancedriven culture. You will be instrumental in ensuring we build scalable HR programs and practices that support our ambitious growth goals.
This role requires an individual who can operate independently proactively solve complex people challenges and strategically support our team as we grow. The HRBP must be equally comfortable leading strategic conversations as they are managing daytoday HR operations.
