Senior Helpers Indianapolis is a leading provider of premium inhome nonmedical care services for seniors. Our mission is helping seniors maintain their independence while providing families peace of mind. We do this by using proprietary tools as well as being the only Home Care agency in Indiana that is CHAP certified.

The Opportunity

As our Sales Representative youll be on the frontlines of business development actively generating new client leads by building powerful relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. This role demands a confident selfdirected professional who takes control makes quick decisions and drives results.

Primary Responsibilities:

Take charge of market development Analyze market conditions identify growth opportunities and directly outpace competitors

Drive daily results Contact and engage with 810 referral sources daily to develop relationships and secure referrals

Build a powerful referral network Identify and cultivate relationships with key influence centers (hospitals senior living communities physician practices etc.

Command the room Conduct compelling presentations to healthcare organizations and confidently close sales

Own your territory Become the recognized expert and goto resource for senior care solutions in your area

Exceed targets Take personal ownership of sales objectives with a relentless focus on results

Represent with authority Be the face of Senior Helpers at trade shows conferences and networking events

Track your success Maintain activity reports and leverage CRM systems to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field OR three years of related work experience

Healthcare industry experience preferred particularly in home care or senior services

Exceptional rapportbuilding and followup skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Exceptional Compensation Package

Competitive base salary: $60000$90000 (based on experience)

Aggressive commission structure and performance bonuses
