Job Description
- Develop and manage new territory in two new counties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
- Provide agronomic advice and recommendations to growers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Salary:
$60000 $95000/year Bonus
Qualifications :
- Strong agronomic background.
- Proven sales experience in the agriculture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field preferred.
