Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating new business maintaining client accounts and promoting our comprehensive range of services. This role requires a proactive approach excellent communication skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients for rubbish removal and building management services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular followups and personalized service.
- Present and promote our services effectively to meet client needs and drive sales.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress and performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure highquality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
