Job Description

Bachelors degree in a health profession field or information/computer science.

5 years of experience in computer systems or healthcare required.

Must have experience with major healthcare and/or IT initiatives.

Experience developing analytics capabilities is a plus.

Proven project experience in a complex environment required.

Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
  • Excellent system analysis project management skills in a complexenvironment with multiple concurrent multidisciplinary projects. Ability toimplement complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage diversegroup of individuals work effectively with multiple teams and build consensuson how to implement change in the organization. Ability to managestaff/projects in both a direct and matrix reporting environment.
  • Strong organizational planning and tracking skills.Detail management is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with alllevels of organization and experience with standard analytic tools such asVisio Excel word.
  • Exhibits strong professional persona.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivery of high quality customerservice.
Working Environment:

Primarily office setting (with assigned cubicle/office space).

24x7 On Call responsibilities for go live activities is required.

Other off hours work will likely be required.

Supervisory Responsibility:

At the project level responsible for delivering high quality work on a tight schedule assigning work to project team members providing guidance and direction and ensuring the timeliness and quality of work delivered by project team members. No direct reports.

Fiscal Responsibility:

Must develop and adhere to project budget.

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing clear accurate project status reports to internal project management and user groups Define resource commitments necessary to appropriately implement assigned project components. Work with project Director to ensure alignment... Provide projectspecific direction and guidance to project team members to facilitate timely and quality results. Monitor quality of work performed by team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish and create a positive project team environment throughleadership and mentoring. Collaborate with our team of dedicated andenthusiastic workers.


Provide quality customer service and serve as an exemplaryrepresentative of McLeans PeC project. Ongoing communication feedbackand followthrough with customers and hospital management are essential.Understand that this process is a huge transition for most McLean employees andrequires exceptional customer service and emotional intelligence.


Perform other duties as assigned.
