Qualifications:
- Professional personal appearance.
- Desire to have a positive attitude in a work environment.
- Ability to work on your feet for the majority of a fulltime work week.
- Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
- Customerfocused friendly personality.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass preemployment screening (includes background check and drug screen)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a memorable and exciting experience for our guests.
- Execute daily assigned checklist for operating the car wash.
- Assist guests at kiosk with wash selection and payment process
- Inspect vehicles before wash process
- Inform guests of Infinity Club and Launch Car Wash App
- Assist guests with Infinity Club management
- Perform opening and closing tasks
- Maintains clean organized car wash facility
- Adhere to all company policies procedures safety standards and codes of conduct
- Follow Launch safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes dirt and harsh chemicals
- Able to utilize technology through various platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and incident claims at Kiosk and Vac Area
- Bring fullycharged Smartphone to every shift.
Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to outside elements.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand on feet for the entirety of shift.
Salary: $12.00 $14.00/hour
