Otolaryngologist opportunity in Nashville Tennessee

Excellent opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals including primary care physicians allergists and audiologists to ensure coordinated patient care in a community hospital level 3 trauma 150 beds with 560 fulltime employees.

About the Position:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with ENT conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform diagnostic procedures including endoscopies audiometric tests and allergy testing.
• Provide surgical interventions as needed.
• Manage chronic ENT conditions including hearing loss nasal congestion and throat disorders.
• Offer preoperative and postoperative care including patient education on procedures and recovery.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses treatment options and expected outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care.

Clinical Research and Education:

• Engage in clinical research to advance the field of otolaryngology.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in ENT medicine.
• Mentor and provide guidance to medical residents fellows and other healthcare professionals.
