Labor & Employment Counsel/Senior Counsel Houston TX
Our client a global law firm with a strategic industryfocused approach is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel to join their Labor & Employment practice in Houston TX. This role offers the opportunity to work on highprofile employment litigation and advisory matters collaborating with a prestigious collegial and innovative legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABAaccredited law school
- Active bar membership in Texas (must be in good standing)
- 3 years of experience for Counsel and 7 years of experience for Senior Counsel
- Extensive knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws
- Experience managing complex employment litigation cases in state and federal courts
- Strong drafting negotiation and case management skills
- Ability to handle a highvolume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation & Career Advancement:
- Counsel: $180000 $200000
- Senior Counsel: $250000 $265000
- Promotion Opportunities Counsel can advance to Senior Counsel and Senior Counsel can be considered for Partnership based on performance contributions and firm needs
