Job Description
Hardware Engineer Power Electronics (m/f/x)
Arbeitsort: 80331 MnchenWas Sie erwartet:
- Design and develop electronic hardware for battery and power distribution from prototypes to future systems including analogue and digital circuit design
- Implement electronics hardware development processes and toolchains
- Perform schematic capture PCB layout and component selection to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability under various environmental conditions
- Develop and execute test plans for hardware validation including functional environmental and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing
- Collaborate with software mechanical and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware components
- Participate in design reviews providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Generate detailed documentation including design specifications test procedures and technical reports
- Support manufacturing and testing teams with troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
- Stay current with advancements in electronics and incorporate new methodologies and components into designs
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Ideally5 years of experience in electronic hardware design
- Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools suchas Altium Designer Cadence or Mentor Graphics
Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollerbased designs - Experience with battery management systems power electronics or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent Englishlanguage skills are essentialfluent Germanor other language would be beneficial
