Job Description
Are you a friendly motivated individual with a passion for customer service Toyota of Naperville is looking for a fulltime cashier to join our team!
In this role you will be responsible for handling customer transactions providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fastpaced environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable has strong communication skills and can work efficiently under pressure.
Our parttime position works 4 weekdays and Saturdays with one weekday and Sundays off.

Responsibilities
- Greets customers in a professional manner
- Assists the accounting officewith various clerical duties as needed
- Friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Receives cash checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount receivedon the repair order and/or counter ticket.
- Records totals of counter tickets and repair orders verifies against all cashchecks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
- Refers customers who have additional questions to theservice advisor or other appropriate individual
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customerto the appropriate individual for further communication
Qualifications
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to workevenings and weekends
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass preemployment testing to include background checks drug test credit report and valid driver license
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
