Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Functional Associate ERP Implementer. This is an entrylevel position and no prior experience in ERP implementation is . The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills for a successful career in ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand and clients to understand their business processes and system requirements.
- Work closely with senior team members to gather and document client needs.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
- Conduct system analysis and gapfit analysis to identify areas where customization or configuration may be required.
- Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements using tools like Epicor Administration Console and BPM.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation for system modifications or enhancements.
- Provide enduser training and support during system implementation and postimplementation phases.
- Assist in creating test plans test scripts and conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
- Address and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and facilitate system changes or enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest Epicor ERP functionalities trends and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in project meetings communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Business / Finance / Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
