Job Description

The MedSurg Staffing Resource Team (SRT) will float between all MedSurg units as needed.Travelers will be working ED and PACU borders. In addition Deceased Patient Coordinator (DPC)coverage may be required.Float units include 1 East 1 West 2 West 2&3 East 3 West 4 West 5 West ED PACUMUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2YRS OF RECENT EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.Previous Float experience HIGHLY PREFERRED.Required Experience: Chest tubes Tubes Drips such as Diltiazem heparin Lasix insulin or amiodarone Lines/Tubes/drains for postsurgical patients Trachs/Laryngectomies Telemetry Complex wounds Central Lines care and maintenance and blood drawsRequired Credentials: NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) BLS (AHA Only)
