Types of Employment Options:

What Youll Do:
- Provide mental health services to individuals and families conducting thorough assessments and offering client centered care
- Document progress write detailed notes and maintain accurate records
- Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve their overall wellbeing
- Utilize evidencebased practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory professional and ethical standards
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients needs and support their emotional growth
Who You Are:
- Determined and result driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards
- Knowledgeable highly organized and innovativelyminded with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Competent highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a fastpaced environment
What You Need:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- 12 years of experience providing therapy particularly to children and families
- Active LMSW LCPC LGPC or LCSWC licensure in the state of Maryland
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
- Openness to see clients inperson
