The Digital Adoption Specialist will be responsible for designing implementing and providing training on various digital adoption technologies (e.g. learning management system content authoring tools Whatfix/WalkMe). They will work with other groups on the design and use of technologies within their teams. Digital Adoption is part of the Digital Learning team within the global Learning & Development team and aims to increase learning and technology adoption among employees of the firm.
