SUMMARY
Summer Fellows participate in every aspect of boarding school life over the course of Webbs dynamic threeweek summer program. Job responsibilities will vary according to each fellows interests and expertise along with program needs but will be focused on the educational and extracurricular lives of our summer program students (rising 7th 9th graders). The job will include a combination of teaching planning and overseeing afternoon and evening activities supervising in the dormitories and chaperoning field trips. The position is immersive designed to introduce fellows to the many aspects of teaching and working in boarding school faculty positions and to provide them with mentorship and support as they explore careers in education.

RELATIONSHIPS
Summer Fellows will work closely with our Summer Program students. They will report to the Director of Experiential Learning and must work closely with the Dean of Students summer faculty and staff to help create a positive and safe environment for learning and discovery.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Summer Fellows have no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least two years of college preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
A current drivers license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record will be required. A criminal background check is required and must be successfully completed before employment can begin.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Anticipated salary range: $16.50 $17.00/Hour. Salary will be dependent on the level of experience. The Webb Schools offer competitive compensation. In setting position ranges Webb reviews numerous factors including industry data from NAIS CAIS NBOA and other market data.
