Kenner Louisiana: Flexforce Prosis in search of three experienced Finisher III personnel to join our team based in Kenner Louisiana. This role offers a competitive wage and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in industrial blasting and painting. If you have experience with mixing industrial paints and using thickness gauges along with a valid drivers license and some forklift driving experience we encourage you to apply.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting including blasting and applying primer.

• Mix and apply industrial paints to various surfaces according to specifications.

• Measure wet film thickness and dry mil gauge to ensure paint application meets quality standards.

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials as required.

• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean safe work environment.

Requirements/Skills:

• Must have experience as an industrial blaster/painter.

• Knowledgeable in mixing industrial paints and using wet film thickness and dry mil gauges.

• Valid drivers license and some experience operating forklifts.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand bend and stoop for extended periods.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Manual dexterity for precise work.

• Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
