Microsoft Modern Workplace Senior Management Consultant
We are looking for aSeniorManagementConsultant to join ourModern Workplacedynamic team*

Job Purpose:
As a Senior Management Consultant you will take the lead in understanding client needs and provide strategic recommendations on various spheres of business including organizational strategyprocesses financials business transformation and digital/innovation capabilities.
- Developexecutive level presentations that convey technicaloperationaland financial informationin a concise and easily understandable manner.
- Interface with leaders across the firm and work through tough and complex issues.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support various programs and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
- Provide clientdriven valueadded management consulting services to a portfolio of diverse programs and projects.
- Shape and define consulting projects with leadership team and various stakeholders through the development of detailed timely strategic planning and consulting assignments including the preparation of planning materials work plans reports briefing notes and presentations as required.
- Develop detailed plans and recommend policies/procedures to improve operational and technology delivery.
- Provide innovative solutions to identify approaches concepts and methods of analyzing complex issues as required.
- Research and conduct analysis and bring conclusions forward to the client/stakeholders for strategic discussions.
- Research reviews and reports on existing and new technology management tools and methodologies and advise clients on emerging management techniques and other applied concepts and their applicability to their institution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of5years of experience inEnd Userstrategy consulting corporatestrategyor the equivalent
- Expert understanding of MicrosoftModernWorkplaceandrelated End User technologies and processes (deployments and implementation).
- Experience with deployment of Microsoft modern workplace technologies: Microsoft 365 services including Office 365 Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS) Teams and Azure
- Experience with data (endpoint) security in the implementation of cybersecurity practices choosing cloud applications with multifactor authentication (MFA)
- Proficiency with SharePoint as well as Power BI Power Automate in providing Business Intelligence.
- Financial modeling skills and experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
- Extensive experience inMicrosoft End Usermanagement consulting strategic planning or business analysis in the information and communication technology sector digital industrypublic sector or nonprofit organizations
- Expertise in managing all aspects of transformational enterprisewide Technology projects in complex environments (including budget & timeline management scope managementtimely decision making critical path identification business transformation data transformation/migration user experience optimization etc.
- Extensive experience in providing strategic advice adapting communications to a variety of audiences and ability to perform in high demand environment and capacity to work oncompeting priorities.
- Knowledge of research methods techniques and resources with advanced attention to detail and analytical skills to research and review materials and provide relevant input andreports.
- Excellent communication interpersonal cooperative and teambuilding skills as well as planning organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively balance a variety of stakeholder interests.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective consulting working relationships and a high level of trust with senior leaders clients and vendors using a strong customer service orientation.
