Objective:
The Digital Marketing Specialist at Woliba will be responsible for developing implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness drive lead generation and improve customer engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO paid advertising social media content marketing and analytics to optimize performance across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop execute and optimize multichannel digital marketing strategies aligned with Wolibas business objectives.
- Plan and manage performancedriven campaigns across SEO PPC social media email and content marketing.
- Implement A/B testing audience segmentation and automation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
2. SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze website performance and user experience (UX) to optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor and improve website traffic bounce rates and engagement metrics.
- Work closely with developers and designers to enhance website content and structure.
3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn Meta and other platforms.
- Monitor ad performance optimize spend and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR CPC and CPA.
4. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and manage social media content and advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content including blog posts infographics videos and case studies tailored to different audience segments.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
5. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Develop email marketing campaigns that drive engagement conversions and customer retention.
- Optimize email workflows automation and segmentation strategies.
- Track email performance metrics including open rates CTRs and conversion rates.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key digital marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Generate reports and insights using Google Analytics CRM tools and marketing dashboards.
- Provide datadriven recommendations to improve campaign strategies and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO PPC social media email marketing and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Business Suite HubSpot and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing CRO (conversion rate optimization) and marketing automation.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
