Foster Golf Links is actively seeking a seasonal parttime Golf Cart Assistant to join the Foster Golf Links team during our busy season. This is an entrylevel position and is responsible for performing several aspects of customer service. Note:These are nonbenefited positions working up to30 hours per week. All positions are limited duration parttime and will not exceed 1040 hours in a 12month period.
Foster Golf Links (FGL) is an 18hole PGArated golf course owned and operated by the City of Tukwila and encompasses nearly 77 acres of green space including a pro shop restaurant and banquet space. FGL provides a quality golfing experience for those that live work and play in Tukwila.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains duties to wash clean and put golf carts away at the end of each day.
- Provides for clean and safe operation of power carts.
- May assist with closing and securing of the Pro Shop
- Cleans and vacuums the Pro Shop to ensure a safe work environment.
- May assist in providing customer service to respond to customer inquiries regarding fees equipment rental merchandise and related course and pro shop information in person and on the telephone.
- Rents power carts clubs and pull carts to golfers.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- May perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
Education Experience and Other Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
(A) Minimum age 18 years old;
(B) Sixmonths prior experience in a similar work environment with some continuing education is preferred;
(C) Ability to work with minimum supervision;
(D) Maintains reasonable predictable and regular attendance during the workweek.
Special Requirements:
Valid Drivers License/I.D.
Physical Activity/Requirements:
Positions in this class typically require: climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling reaching standing mobility pushing pulling lifting fingering grasping feeling talking hearing seeing and repetitive motions.
Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
