Responsibilities
Reporting to the CRM Manager this newly created position will play an important role in administering MSF Australia and New Zealands CRM platform Salesforce. You will be responsible for user management system configuration reporting data integrity streamlining processes and supporting improvements across the CRM to maximise the systems impact and achieve MSFs organisational goals.
This diverse role combines system administration and business analysis to enhance the functionality of Salesforce CRM for all organisation users. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders you will develop and validate requirements propose solution design recommendations provide training and support to all CRM users to enhance fundraising efforts and donor engagement support recruitment activities increase overall operational efficiencies and ensure best practice data management.
With a focus on data accuracy automating processes and delivering actionable insights you will empower datadriven decisionmaking and drive innovation.
