Hitachi Energy India Development Centre (IDC) is a research and development facility with around 500 R&D engineers specialists and experts who focus on creating and sustaining digital solutions new products and technology. Your responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for development of SCADA communication protocols for Network Manager PCU400.
- Candidate expected to understand the Software Requirement Specifications & Design specification and implement it as per PCU protocol framework.
- Support development teams in estimation planning and should have worked development of Communication protocol like ICCP IEC 61850 DNP3 and OPC UA.

Your background:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B Tech) in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics and Communications engineering.
- Should have more than 8 years of experience in Software Development
- Should have good knowledge of TCP/IP stack and Socket Programming in Windows or Linux
- Background in SCADA & Industrial communications protocols like ICCP IEC 61850 DNP3 and OPC UA. Knowledge of SISCO MMS stack is also preferrable.
- Additional C knowledge and Linux experience.
- Technical knowledge of cloudbased systems (infrastructure platform types and software as a service principles) Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Working knowledge with one or more of the following: JSON JSON schema XML / XSLT LDAP ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ Kafka and Configuration Management Open API as well as Black Duck and Sonar Cloud.
- Should possess expert/strong coding skill in .NET technology stack: C# WPF WCF Oracle and or PostgreSQL
- Should have knowledge of agile methodologies and have worked on Azure DevOps environment
- Team player and great attitude
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
