The Sales Director is responsible for leading the companys sales efforts and driving revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy managing a team of sales representatives and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Major Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that meets revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities build and maintain a pipeline of new business and manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and industry leaders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and customer success to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay informed of industry trends and competitive activity and adjust the sales strategy as needed.
Minimum Education / Experience
Bachelor&aposs degree in business sales marketing or equivalent. 10 years relevant work experience in a related field.
