This role is focused on optimizing Salesforce for sales not customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in setting up triggers flows and automations (emails texts client engagement) to drive efficiency and increase conversions.
Responsibilities Include:
Salesforce Optimization & Customization:
Customize an existing Salesforce plugin for a cash advance brokerage tailoring automations to improve application submissions followups and overall client engagement.
Set up triggers flows and automations for efficient sales processes including emails texts and client engagement.
Efficiency & Conversion Optimization:
Work closely with the sales team to identify and implement Salesforce strategies that enhance productivity and drive conversions.
Analyze and optimize processes to improve client engagement and sales outcomes.
Collaboration & Team Support:
Collaborate with team members in a fastpaced highenergy environment to develop new Salesforce features and improvements.
Support sales team members by providing Salesforce insights and customized reports.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on sales not customer service.
Strong understanding of Salesforce triggers flows and automations.
Experience working in a fastpaced highenergy environment with strong personalities.
Resultsdriven sharp and aggressive in optimizing processes to meet sales goals.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to customize Salesforce based on business needs.
Salesforce certification is a plus but real business and CRM experience is key.
