SUMMARY:
The Product Line Manageris responsible fordriving commercial excellence forthe respective product line(s)of the SaniSure Group.Thisroleis responsible forputting the right product mix in place to reach shortterm and longterm sales budgets (revenues order intake and profitability).In close collaboration with Marketing and Sales this personwill develop high performing marketing campaigns including the overallplaybookfor sales.This roleregularlyinterfaceswith key leaders across the company tofacilitatethetimelycompletion of critical initiativesincludingsenior executives key customer contacts external partners and various functional leaders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- ExpediteSales Orders for the product line(s)
- Develop product portfolio(s)and roadmap(s)toachievelongandshortterm business growth and budget targets of the Sanisure Group
- Develop aportfolio and marketing mix (product pricepromotion) that allows easy crossselling and/or develops hierarchical crossselling strategies with the help of e.g.anchor products (e.g.establishPAC strategies)
- Evaluate customer needs and create the right rationales for standard (or configurable) vs. customized products and solutions
- Drive standardization and create added value for customers and forSanisure(i.e.delivery performance delivery reliability faster andcosteffectivemanufacturingetc.
- Collaboratewith supply chain on product availability in different geographies considering working capital expirationsetc.
- Develop business plans and business models as well as other rationales for the portfolio development and maintenance (including CLV if applicable)
- Analyzemarket trendsmarketssegments and business potential in collaboration with Sales Management (unmet needs vs. competitor positioning). RunNPS etc.> Run a different race not the same race faster
- Setpriorities for the development roadmap together with Product Development
- Create proposals for strategic moves (acquisitions partnerships)develop rationalandpresentproposalto executive team
- Active part of Due Diligence (portfolio assessment Go to Market Business Plan and Model etc.
- Participates in contract negotiations with portfolio partners
- Leadcustomer (codevelopments) and portfolio partnerships together with Product Development and/or Corp. Development
- Prepare material(s)for theStage Gateprocesses together with Product Development
- Executeeffective product launches (including launch packages Sales play books priceguidelinesstock levels of MTS productsandafter salesserviceetc.
- Create withmarketingcommunications witheffective and creative marketing campaigns (including Application notes Webinars Customer journeys etc.
- Collaborate withSalestoestablish/createselling tools (e.g.configurators process simulationsoftwareetc.
- Assistwith customerRFQsasneeded
- Provide Technical support to the Sales Force
- Responsible for the cost budget for the product line(s)
- Drive effective cooperationand collaborationwithinternal stakeholdersMarketing R&D Quality (CustomerComplaints) Supply Chain (delivery performance and reliability) and Sales
- EstablishtargetedKPIs to drive global growth (track vitality index number of trials per region number of prototypes per region leads time to launch revenueorder development of product lines and newly launched products against budget (also by territory).
- Creates corrective actions if needed (tighter with sales Product Development etc.
- Define potential Pricing movesevaluatesand selectsthe bestoptionsto drive Commercial Excellence. For example PAC strategies valuebased pricing Margin vs. pricing poweretc. including OEM and Private Label Pricing
- Develop andmaintaina price listbygeography for standard products.
- Network with key decision makers opinion leaders industry associations toanticipatemarket trends regulatory and technology developments.
- Give presentationsatconferences and/orcustomerslocations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or MBA inBusinessAdministrationwitha specialization inProduct andBrandManagement
- 3years experience in Sales Field Marketingwithadditionalskills inProject Managementand/or Applications Specialist.
- Experienced in channel distribution includingmanagement of independent biopharmaceutical process distributors by region and direct OEM accounts preferably in life science tubing fitting marketsor componentry markets.
- Experienced with Single Use technologies. Specific tubing knowledge (products markets etc.)isa plus.
- Experience with portfolio integrations from either partners oracquiredcompanies.
- Experienceexecutingpricing initiatives and product launches (role outs) in the field of responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillswith athorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while working independently and with teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills that support the achievement of project deliverables and deadlines.
- Strong technical analytical and problemsolving skills.
