Job Description
The Department of University Studies at Austin Peay State University invites applications for an Instructor of Culinary Arts position within the Associate of Applied Science Degree in Professional Services with concentrations in Culinary Arts and Recreation Administration. This is a fulltime 9month 3year renewable position to begin August 2025. This position reports to the Director of Culinary Arts. The Culinary Arts program is housed in the Department of University Studies along with the Bachelor of Science in University Studies and the Associate of Science in University Studies. Austin Peay State University is a fouryear public doctorallevel university with six colleges and four Chairs of Excellence. The University has an enrollment of enrollment of over 10000 students and is located in Clarksville Tennessee a community of an estimated 150287 people located approximately 40 miles northwest of Nashville TN.
