Position Summary:

In this role you will collaborate closely with production managers engineers and production associates to drive continuous quality improvement across our precision machined highsecurity product lines. Utilizing data and feedback you will prioritize and resolve issues ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Essential Functions:
Quality Standards: Develop apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for product development and manufacturing processes within your production areas.
Quality Assurance: Act as the primary quality assurance contact overseeing all qualityrelated issues from supplier materials to final product inspections.
Concurrent Engineering Support: Participate in design development projects representing quality assurance and the customer.
Process Improvement: Design document and implement methods for process control improvement testing and inspection.
Inspection Oversight: Ensure thorough inspections of incoming materials inprocess products and final products.
Quality Promotion: Promote and execute quality standards inspection processes test methodologies quality plans documents and reports.
Quality Reporting: Develop execute and analyze qualityreporting measures for operational and management use.
Supplier Quality: Review suppliers purchase orders and establish quality requirements. Conduct internal and external quality audits.
Supplier and Customer Interface: Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives to resolve quality assurance issues and implement corrective actions.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate will have experience in:
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience: minimum 2 years of experience evaluating quality in a manufacturing environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
Decision Making: Ability to make decisions and take initiative to improve products and processes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
