As a Project Coordinatorin our San Diego office you will help us empower our clients to achieve energyefficient building solutions save global environments and create a better greener future for all.

Heres why we need you:

In this role you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely high quality and efficient project on projects of limited size scope and complexity. You will work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties in accordance with AEI policies and standards.

You will be wearing multiple tasks for this new growing office to include office management track project deliverables and Construction Administration items maintain document control standards for projects coordinate and plan office activities and events onboarding and training new hires on office standards and marketing activity support. This is a hybrid role (working onsite/wfh).

Expertise of our most successful Project Coordinator:

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
  • 1year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal.
  • Previous A/E/C experience or interest big plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • General understanding of project management preferred.
