Job Description
Position Compression Station Mechanic
Schedule: Monday Friday with rotating on call nights and weekends.
Pay is determined upon relevant work experience.
Position Summary:
Perform preventative maintenance repair troubleshoot and maintain natural gas compression equipment electrical equipment and gas turbine engine equipment in a compression station and field locations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Troubleshooting testing and repairing station equipment
Repair and troubleshoot field equipment
Work safely with rotating equipment extreme pressures and temperatures.
Follow company safety policies.
Safely and efficiently set units and perform startup procedures as well as assist in the disassembly and removal of units
Qualifications
Senior level knowledge of Natural gas compression packages Natural gas compression station operations Gas Turbine Engines and all Electrical components.
Advanced knowledge of mathematical applications
Advanced knowledge and experience with internal combustion engines
Advanced computer skills
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $30.00 $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 60 per week
