The Role
- Deliver a full range of professional building surveying services including:
- Dilapidations schedules of condition and building pathology.
- Contract administration and project management of refurbishments fitouts and new builds.
- Feasibility studies and technical due diligence.
- Party wall matters and neighbourly disputes.
- Planned maintenance strategies and defect analysis.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations including CDM.
- Working closely with clients to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
