As a Presale Designer on the Creative Services team in our Gurgaonoffice youll play a vital role in creating highquality mockups and designing worldclass products for a global customer base. Youll collaborate with clients to understand their needs ensuring designs align with expectations while meeting strict SLAs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment adapts to evolving product needs and is committed to delivering toptier design solutions.
To thrive in this role youll need:
- 03 years of experience in graphic/UI design with proficiency in Photoshop Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Experience with video mockup creation using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools processes and a fastpaced work environment.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with technical design requirements and the full design process from concept to .
- A passion for continuous learning and upskilling in designrelated technologies.

As a Presale Designer youll bring value by:
- Creating highquality static and video mockups that align with client requirements and project deadlines.
- Taking endtoend ownership of design cases ensuring all efforts are welldocumented.
- Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering exceptional designs and proactive communication.
- Minimizing escalations and ensuring clear alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborating with internal teams (product design and operations) to align designs with company objectives.
- Staying updated on industry trends product updates and new design technologies to enhance your skills.
