Crisis Residential Program services provide shortterm intensive roundtheclock personalized support to help stabilize someone having a mental health crisis so they can avoid hospitalization. Our teams collaborate with providers who are already involved in an individuals treatment and works to link clients to other services offered by Sheppard Pratt or other community providers.
What to expect.
This is an opportunity to support your clients who may struggle with accessing standard care meet their goals and ensure that they receive the treatment they need.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Helping clients achieve their treatment goals in partnership with the treatment team.
- Communicating and coordinating services with outside medical providers.
- Overseeing medication management under the direction of the team prescriber.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients their support system community agencies and the Sheppard Pratt organization to provide comprehensive care.

Pay range for LPN is $27.78 minimum to $28.64 maximum. Pay range for RN is $80000 minimum to $88000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience
What we need from you.
- An associate or bachelors degree in nursing.
- Possession of a valid license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- 12 years of direct jobrelated experience is preferred.
- A drivers license with 3points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
