Job Description
The saut cook works at the kitchens range preparing meats poultry fish and vegetables as needed to meet the restaurants orders.
- Responsible for preparing all food items according to prep sheets and standardized recipes with speed and consistency of quality
- Preparing cooking plating garnishing food and following par sheets and recipes
- Maintaining communication with exxpos chefs and front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests
- Completing other duties as assigned
Pay Rate $17$20 per hourcommensurate with experience
