About the Team
Product categories are at the heart of the ZF Aftermarket strategy and organization when it comes to product sales profitability and market penetration. The category Control Systems is thriving and one of the global leaders in braking. We are recruiting a bestinclass global expert and leader in the field of braking for passenger car (foundation brakes and brake controls).
What you can look forward to as Global Category Leader Foundation & Brake Controls (m/f/d):
- Details medium to long term strategic direction for its product lines including market trends & competitor landscape by defining growth requirements brands price positioning product specifications and sourcing strategy
- Drives of strategy to deliver commercial success of respective product line and achieve sales margin & profitability performance targets
- Leads definition of GotoMarket Strategy with corresponding global sales margin and market share targets deployed through Regional Category managers targets
- Fill in pipeline/reservoir for new product opportunities derived from OE technologies or new legislation or category related products
- Leads cross functional teams globally for of strategic measures.
Your profile as Global Category Leader Foundation & Brake Controls (m/f/d):
- Min. bachelors degree in business / economics or similar fields
- Min 8 years of preferably automotive sectors experience in similar managerial positions in multinationalities organization
- Ability to see the big picture understand business needs formulate strategies and translate these into actions to achieve the business goals
- Presents ideas effectively & able to deliver presentations to Senior Management with fluent English
- Project management skills to support follow up on implementation of strategic actions plans with strong negotiating influencing and relationship management skills.
