Job Description
Northwestern Medicine Health Network Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in McHenry IL located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
As a NM Family Medicine physician in our practice you will provide exceptional patientcentered care to individuals and families of all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains worklife balance. The ideal candidate values highquality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinicbased environment.
Highlights:
- Join a team of 8 Primary Care Physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am 5pm with flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: One week every 6 months
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Advance practice provider nurse and medical assistant support
- Multispecialty clinic with Immediate Care Center
- Hospital privileges at NM Huntley McHenry and Woodstock Hospitals
- EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications :
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted IL license
