The Orenda Center of Wellness LLC is a rapidly growing organization that is looking for a motivated individual to join the team and help expand our clinical mental health services in the greater Frederick community. We are a fun energetic company doing our part to fight the battle against addiction and mental health stigma. We treat all clients as family when at Orenda ensuring they are provided with the highest standard of love compassion and care while working on healing of themselves through our comprehensive addiction treatment programs and therapeutic mental healthservices.
This role of the adolescent community based mental health therapist will report directly to their assigned Clinical Manager and work concurrently with our administrative team and FCPS officials to ensure that all clients receive the appropriate level of therapeutic services. The work hours and weekly schedule is to be selfmanager with a 40hour max allowance with a max caseload of 25 clients. Hourly rate will also be paid for all internal/external required weekly meetings set documentation time and ancillary tasks related to this position. Orenda offer weekly clinical supervisor to all boardcertified therapist (LG/LM) that we include in our employment benefits package. Reliable transportation and the ability to be covered under the companys auto insurance policies is required for this role. Options for flexible onsite office space use and/or remote workdays is available upon request and by approval.
This role will be responsible for a cross spectrum of clinical duties ranging from but not limited to conducting individual and/or family sessions facilitating mental health individual sessions completing mental health clinical assessments conferring with onsite school advisors and completing documentation in our EMR system within the 48hour time frame deadlines. The therapist should be comfortable working with adolescents parents as well as providing services in the home as needed. Qualified candidates must be skilled at personal time management as well as able to prioritize their daily workload alongside unexpected crisis intervention needs. Quick calm responses and a cool head during a crisis is an indispensable skill for this position to possess. Deescalation and crisis response training is preferred but not required for this role.
