The CSUVetCE team @ TMI seeks to provide an unparalleled continuing education (CE) experience every day; something that we refer to as CE Elevated. We believe that people animals and the planet can be improved when inspired learners engaged educators and relevant learning experiences collide; that is the purpose the passion and the why behind our quest to provide CE Elevated experiences each day. Our team is comprised of 3 pillars of stakeholder experience: Overall onsite CE program experience CE laboratory experience and The online experience. We host up to 85 onsite handson CE courses per year. As it pertains to this online pillar position all of these courses require timesensitive loading of some registrantaccessible content (course notes supportive reference materials course surveys CE certificates etc. into our LMS . In addition we have a small but growing library of online CE course content that requires registrant access to innovative educational materials including recorded lectures videos interactive exercises and quizzes). Growth of the online course library and integration of it with our greater CE course menu is an area of strategic emphasis. Some of our onsite courses utilize the online course content as required prerequisites. Our CE courses include a wide variety of small animal equine and human medical courses to graduate veterinarians certified technicians and medical professionals throughout the year. Each of our publicly facing courses is published on our website including a compelling course description video promo / course invitation course agenda faculty sponsorship pricing information and registration access. We work with our AV and communications teams to develop marketing materials for inclusion on our website and distribution through various channels including social media email blasts listservs and our course sponsors. We are a small but rapidly growing group and now is a great time to jump aboard the CSUVetCE team for the right person. In our busy times our team can have a series of 7day work weeks; the responsibilities for which we work as team to distribute amongst ourselves. Were seeking a motivated intelligent responsible detailoriented organized adaptable customercentric and skilled Educational Technologist to join our growing team. Position is responsible for providing direction and support for the Online learning program at the Translational Medicine Institute Continuing Education Program. The position will responsible for maintaining an uptodate website and LMS developing a library of online courses as well as relevant CSUVetCE employee online training materials. As needed the position will be responsible for developing the online team associated with the work of the program. Hours: Fulltime salaried position that may require work beyond normal business hours depending upon cycles of workload.
