About you

- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field.
- Solid JavaScript development background.
- 510 years of professional software development experience
- Proficient: React React Native GoLang Node.js shell scripting
- Familiar: AWS GitLab Pipelines DevOps best practices Expo
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced Kanban environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams
- Solid understanding of software architecture and development fundamentals
- Strong technical leadership and guidance skills.
- Responsible and organized with excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding skills at interacting with people both within the organization (from developers to senior management) and with customers/partners.
- Strong english communication skills are a requirement as you will be working directly with USbased clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Deliver full stack solutions across web and mobile platforms supporting applications.
- Design and implement scalable maintainable and welltested features.
- Partner with product and design to define and execute technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
- Own technical documentation and reduce tech debt.
- Quickly triage and resolve production issues.
- Optionally leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development.
- Apply software development best practices including coding standards peer reviews source control CI/CD processes testing and operational readiness.
