Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily operations including order processing tracking and fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Finance and Customer Support) to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and optimize sales processes identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline ensuring timely followups and accurate forecasting.
- Assist in training new sales team members on processes tools and CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales operations or sales support role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates lead times).
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
