We are a rapidly growing healthcare organization operating multiple assisted living and homecare entities. As we continue to expand we need a visionary CFO who can streamline financial operations optimize efficiency and lead our finance team with strategic oversight.

We are seeking a handson CFO with 510 years of experience who can bring structure implement best practices and optimize processes. The CFO will report directly to the CEO/Owner and will oversee the Controller Payroll AP and AR teams.

This is a leadership role requiring someone who is smart detailoriented and highly strategic with a proven track record in financial operations process improvement and team management. The ideal candidate will not only manage the numbers but also design the financial framework that supports our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Efficiency: Evaluate existing financial systems and structure to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Process Optimization: Streamline AP & AR workflows ensuring financial transparency across multiple entities.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the Controller Payroll AP and AR teams implementing better structure and accountability.
• Software & Systems: Identify and implement better financial software solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Banking & External Relations: Serve as the primary financial liaison with banks CPA and external partners.
• Growth & Scalability: Support the companys expansion by creating a financial structure that aligns with future growth.

MustHave Qualifications:

510 years of experience in a finance leadership role
Strong people skills able to manage teams and interact with external stakeholders
Excellent time management & attention to detail
Experience supervising finance teams (including outsourced teams)
