Educational/Professional Experience:
- Minimum:High School degree
- Several years work experience in the construction field with emphasis on kitchen and bath remodeling skills
- Experience at working with trade partners (plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry countertops drywalltileand flooring)
- Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
Skills:
- General construction trades skills emphasis on kitchen and bath remodeling skills
- Exceptional customer relations skills
- Effectivecommunication skills
- Effective time management skills and prioritize by highly profitable actions
- Effective and creative use of problem solving skills
- Must be selfmotivated to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to lift upto 100 pounds
- Clean vehicle driving record with no DUI violations in last 3 years
